A new bathroom for the kindergarten from Gheboaia

There is an optimal time to start the construction of a new sanitary group for the kindergarten in Gheboaia, hopefully with your help.Accompanying the children to the bathroom has restarted as well, but the issue is that the bathroom is currently located in another part of the building and there is access only from the courtyard.As a picture is worth a thousand words, you can see where the bathroom is located now, shared between the school kids and the kindergarten children. As a result, the kindergarten children have to exist their building and walk for about 70 meters in order to reach the bathroom in case of an urgent need.Everyone who has a child knows that children announce their little problems to the bathroom in the last moment. Well, imagine how the child who has the emergency has to put on his shoes and his coat and then get outside to walk to the bathroom, regardless of the weather conditions. It is true that sometimes the magic place seems so far away that children refrain themselves from drinking water only so they don’t need to go there anymore.Fortunately, the solution for this situation exists and it consists in turning the current storage room for bread and milk in a new bathroom for the kindergarten children. Proiectul SHARE derulat pentru elevii din Gheboaia a ajuns la a treia etapa
Afisari: 975 Sambata, 20 mai, insotiti de opt voluntari, angajati ai unei mari companii multinationale, am descins la Scoala Gimnaziala Gheboaia, pentru a derula a treia etapa a proiectului SHARE.Copiii au fost impartiti in patru sali de clasa, in care s-au desfasurat simultan training-uri de public speaking, creativitate, comunicare si “cum sa invatam mai eficient”, sustinute de cate doi voluntari in fiecare clasa, cu suport video si un inalt grad de interactivitate, cu exemplificari si probe practice.Am avut surpriza sa constatam un interes deosebit al elevilor pentru comunicarea publica, pentru exprimarea aspectelor ce tin de viata copilului roman, plecand de la pasiuni si pana la problematicile sociale.Am aflat astfel de ce este necesara practicarea unui sport sau a miscarii, in general, despre importanta exprimarii creativitatii prin pasiuni, dar si despre anumite frustrari, precum insuficienta implicare a statului in sustinerea copiilor. O eleva de 14 ani si jumatate si-a exprimat fatis nemultumirea cu privire la cei 84 de lei lunar alocati de stat pentru un copil si care nu inseamna decat “jumatate dintr-o pereche de blugi”.Cei opt voluntari, Daniel, Maria, Ana, Loredana, Stefan, Cami, Ancuta si Marian, au reusit cu brio sa dezghete atmosfera si sa scoata la lumina personalitatile copiilor, dorintele si idealurile lor, transmitandu-le, totodata, acestora, cunostintele si tehnicile necesare afirmarii in societate, in interactiunea cu semenii, in dezvoltarea personala.Suntem convinsi ca aceasta noua intalnire, desfasurata sub auspiciile invatarii prin joc si experienta directa, si-a pus amprenta unica si a contribuit la intarirea si perpetuarea spiritului proiectului “SHARE”.Multumind inca … Mai mult >>
Presents from children for children
Afisari: 605 Yesterday we went to Targoviste to collect the presents offered by the pupils attending the Mihai Viteazu and Tudor Vladimirescu Schools regarding our “Joy in a Box” Campaign.We were very surprised and impressed by the almost 200 boxes and packages filled with gifts given out of the kindness of their hearts and also by the lovely children who greeted us with smiles, glee and songs. We are very thankful for the helping hands we have been given with carrying the packages to the cars.We would also like to thank the teachers whom we contacted initially, Mrs. Eliza Delureanu and Mrs. Mihaela Cantea, and also to their colleagues who took part in this campaign.Words cannot express our happiness and gratitude, so we will let the pictures talk. It will be a weekend full of work, but we are sure that together we will bring tremendous joy to the children of Gheboaia. Dress a child from Gheboaia- 100 children need winter clothes
Afisari: 4,915 The end of the year brings us new humanitarian campaigns initiated by the SinVi Foundation, especially in support of the children from disadvantaged families.Once involved in supporting the community from Gheboaia, Dambovita, through the campaign “Joy in the Box“, we found out that more than 100 children don’t have any winter clothes, being in school dropout because of the inability to cope with weather conditions.Within this campaign, we aim to collect clothing items and shoes especially for cold weather for over 100 disadvantaged children with ages between 3 to 14 years, school pupils or kindergarten children.Sorting and centralization take place in Bucharest and, depending on the location of the donor, we can communicate more addresses where the clothes can be sent to. Joy in a box
Afisari: 3,927 Probably, many of you know about the shoebox campaigns, campaigns focused on collecting small objects that fit inside a shoe box, taking place around the holidays in order to help and bring joy to the ones in need, especially children.The SinVi Foundation runs a campaign called “Joy in a Box” with the main purpose of helping 300 children from Gheboaia, Dambovita.We would be very glad if you could show some support and help us bring happiness to these children with limited possibilities.After a quick visit, we discovered a group of people committed and willing to get involved in their community’s development. Although the pupils are coming from a very rough, limited socio-economic environment, the School of Gheboaia proved to be a favorable climate for learning, as some of its students later graduated from prestigious Universities in Romania. These merits are due to the combined efforts of the students, parents, and also especially to the teachers, whose active involvement is highly appreciated, given the overall context of lack in endowments.Because we are a NGO that promotes education and culture, we would like to thank Mr. Mihai Tarba, the headmaster of the school, who, despite being a young teacher, shows such will and dedication for his mission and an inspiring attitude, that is rare in the nowadays Romanian society.Thank you for coming together with us and we are waiting you, whenever you are available, for a short visit.
